Wood prices are soaring. Is it time to look at a substitute for wood boxes and wood pallets? Box+Foam is adding corrugated pallet production beginning on July 1, 2021. We will produce 40"x48" medium duty paper-based pallets in large quantities. These pallets are lighter, curbside recyclable, and they do not need ISPM15 treatments or stamps. The design of the pallet is based on our patented BOKZ System. We can offer customized sizes and strengths of our pallets. We will also be offering stock crate-replacing boxes with corrugated Pallets. The PalletBOKZ^TM is a patented design that was engineered to safely ship all types of products. The design is provided in a consolidated form so that the pack is reduced to the size of the lid. By reducing the size of the pack by 80% or more, it is less expensive to ship and store. PalletBOKZ^TM’s are available in stock sizes and can also be produced in custom sizes at your request. PalletBOKZ^TM’s are engineered to be as strong as a wooden crate. They are lighter and are 100% Curb-Side Recyclable. They are lighter to ship, less expensive, and easier to stock.
